Pioneer Clinical Laboratory & Medical Clinic, Inc. (PCLMCI) joined the roster of the BATANGAS PROVINCE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (BCCPI), as inducted MEMBER, March 22, 2012.
