PCLMCI: Zero Non-Conformance, 3-Years in a Row

For the third year, since 2013 − it was confirmed once more that Pioneer Lab has a solid and well implemented quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standard. For this year’s surveillance audit, conducted last June 11, 2015, “zero” non-conformance has been verified by Global Certifications Philippines, Inc. auditors, Mr. Rodrigo D. Gomez (Lead Auditor) and Dr. Novalyn Geronia-Tolentino.

After rigid monitoring and analysis of PCLMCI’s QMS – and business processes; elements such as manual, process landscape, corporate figures and service provision were evaluated with a high level of quality. A continuously positive improvement through various actions has been found out remarkably successful. Furtherance, the company was able to live up with the auditors’ expectations in flying colors thru tangible and intangible customer service practices and quality philosophy – in action. A re-certification audit is planned for next year. With this re-certification, the revision level 2015 is intended, where risk management and corporate figures are the new focus for leadership and quality improvement.
